First polish stunner Kamila W featured in an editorial ‘Sparkiling’ for fashion magazine Cosmopolitan Italy for the month of 2009. She walked the runway in berlin for custo barcelona, penkov and kai kuhne, then she hailed to paris for the haute couture.
